Our Approach

N

Theory Training

At Ashlar Safety, we begin with a thorough theoretical training session that lays the foundation for safe and effective equipment operation. Our curriculum covers essential topics such as machine-specific regulations and standards, understanding equipment specifications, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and conducting pre-use and workplace inspections. We also delve into the principles of stability, safe operations, and post-operation procedures. This preparatory phase ensures that every operator understands the government regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols before advancing to practical training.

Practical Hands-On Training

Following the theory, operators transition to hands-on training directly on the equipment they will operate in their daily work. This phase allows them to apply their learned knowledge in a controlled and supervised environment, emphasizing real-world applications and safety in action. Our trainers guide each operator through various scenarios, reinforcing the importance of correct operation techniques and safety practices.

h

Formal Evaluation

The training concludes with a formal evaluation, assessing each operator’s ability to apply their knowledge and skills in practical settings. This assessment ensures that all participants meet the required government regulations and industry standards, verifying their readiness to perform their roles effectively and safely.
