About Us
At Ashlar Safety, training is led by an IVES Certified Master Trainer with over 30 years of senior-level experience in operations management within manufacturing and supply chain sectors, complemented by practical knowledge in construction. Since 2019, he has trained over 3000 trainees across Canada. As an IVES Training Group Certified Master Trainer, he trains and qualifies trainers to use the IVES program to train operators. This wealth of real-world experience and a proven track record of enhancing safety and operational performance ensures our programs are grounded in industry-specific insights, equipping operators with the skills needed to excel in their daily tasks and contribute to a safer work environment.
